Die BaFin hat am 7. Februar 2022 Geldbußen in Höhe von 56.600 Euro gegen die Smart Krypto Invest GmbH festgesetzt.
Der Sanktion lagen Verstöße gegen Artikel 19 Absatz 1 der Marktmissbrauchsverordnung (Market Abuse Regulation - MAR) zugrunde. Die Smart Krypto Invest GmbH, welche in enger Beziehung zu einer Person steht, die Führungsaufgaben wahrnimmt, hatte Meldungen über Eigengeschäfte in Aktien eines Emittenten nicht rechtzeitig vorgenommen.
Der Bußgeldbescheid ist rechtskräftig.
