Die BaFin hat am 12. November 2021 einen Geschäftsleiter eines ihrer Aufsicht unterstehenden Kreditinstituts wegen Verstößen gegen § 25a Absatz 1 Kreditwesengesetz (KWG) verwarnt.
Die Veröffentlichung erfolgt aufgrund von § 60b KWG.
Der Bescheid ist seit dem 17. Dezember 2021 bestandskräftig.
