Die BaFin hat am 7. Februar 2022 gegen die Singulus Technologies Aktiengesellschaft die Erfüllung der Finanzberichterstattungspflichten nach §§ 114 ff. des Wertpapierhandelsgesetzes (WpHG) angeordnet und Zwangsgelder in Höhe von insgesamt 220.000 Euro angedroht.
Die Singulus Technologies Aktiengesellschaft hat gegen die Pflichten aus § 114 Absatz 1 Sätze 2 und 3 WpHG in Bezug auf die Jahresfinanzinformationen für das Geschäftsjahr 2020 verstoßen.
Der Bescheid ist sofort vollziehbar, aber noch nicht bestandskräftig.
