Die BaFin hat am 19. Januar 2022 eine Geldbuße in Höhe 120.000 Euro gegen die SLEEPZ AG festgesetzt.
Der Sanktion lag ein Verstoß gegen § 115 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG) zugrunde. Die SLEEPZ AG hatte der Öffentlichkeit den Halbjahresfinanzbericht für das Geschäftsjahr 2019 nicht zur Verfügung gestellt.
Das Unternehmen kann gegen den Bußgeldbescheid Einspruch einlegen.
