Die BaFin hat am 7. Februar 2022 gegen eine natürliche Person Geldbußen in Höhe von 70.000 Euro wegen Verstößen gegen § 33 Absatz 1 Satz 1 des Wertpapierhandelsgesetzes (WpHG) festgesetzt.
Gegen den Bußgeldbescheid kann Einspruch eingelegt werden.
