Die BaFin hat am 21.01.2022 gegen Herrn Sascha Magsamen die Abgabe von diversen Stimmrechtsmitteilungen gegenüber der BaFin und der SPOBAG Aktiengesellschaft zur Erfüllung seiner Meldepflichten nach §§ 33 ff. des Wertpapierhandelsgesetzes (WpHG) angeordnet.
Herr Sascha Magsamen hat diverse Stimmrechtsmitteilungen nach §§ 33 ff. WpHG für Schwellenberührungen in den Jahren 2014 bis 2016 an der SPOBAG Aktiengesellschaft unterlassen.
Der Bescheid ist sofort vollziehbar, aber noch nicht bestandskräftig.
