Die BaFin hat am 19. Januar 2022 gegen eine natürliche Person Geldbußen in Höhe von 10.000 Euro wegen Verstößen gegen § 115 Absatz 1 Satz 1 und § 115 Abs. 1 Satz 2 des Wertpapierhandelsgesetzes (WpHG) festgesetzt.
Gegen den Bußgeldbescheid kann Einspruch eingelegt werden.

Der Bußgeldbescheid ist rechtskräftig.
