Die BaFin hat am 28. Dezember 2021 eine Geldbuße in Höhe von 8,66 Millionen Euro gegen die Deutsche Bank AG festgesetzt.
Der Sanktion lag ein Verstoß gegen Artikel 16 Absatz 2 a) der europäischen Referenzwerte-Verordnung (Verordnung (EU) 2016/1011) zugrunde.
Die Deutsche Bank AG hat als beaufsichtigter Kontributor zeitweise nicht über wirksame Systeme, Kontrollen und Strategien zur Wahrung der Integrität und Zuverlässigkeit aller Beiträge von Eingabedaten für den Administrator verfügt.
Das Unternehmen kann gegen den Bußgeldbescheid Einspruch einlegen.
