Die Bafin hat am 3. Dezember 2021 gegen eine natürliche Person eine Geldbuße in Höhe von 34.000 Euro wegen eines Verstoßes gegen § 114 Absatz 1 Satz 2 des Wertpapierhandelsgesetzes (WpHG) festgesetzt.
Gegen den Bußgeldbescheid wurde Einspruch eingelegt.
Aktualisierung (20.10.2022):
Als Ergebnis der mündlichen Verhandlung hat das Amtsgericht Frankfurt am Main mit Urteil vom 17. Oktober 2022 gegen die natürliche Person nach Erörterung der Sach- und Rechtslage eine Geldbuße in Höhe von 34.000 Euro festgesetzt.
Die natürliche Person kann gegen dieses Urteil Rechtsbeschwerde einlegen.
Aktualisierung (19.01.2026):
Als Ergebnis der mündlichen Verhandlung hat das Amtsgericht Frankfurt am Main mit Urteil vom 28. Februar 2024 gegen die natürliche Person nach Erörterung der Sach- und Rechtslage eine Geldbuße in Höhe von 20.000 Euro festgesetzt.
Das Urteil ist rechtskräftig.
