Die BaFin hat am 6. Dezember 2021 eine Geldbuße in Höhe von 156.000 Euro gegen die Dr. Hönle AG festgesetzt.
Der Sanktion lag ein Verstoß gegen Artikel 17 Absatz 1 Unterabsatz 1 der Marktmissbrauchsverordnung (Market Abuse Regulation - MAR) zugrunde. Die Dr. Hönle AG hatte eine Insiderinformation nicht bekanntgemacht.
Das Unternehmen kann Einspruch gegen den Bußgeldbescheid einlegen.
