Die BaFin hat am 1. Dezember 2021 eine Geldbuße in Höhe von 135.000 Euro gegen die DATA MODUL Aktiengesellschaft Produktion und Vertrieb von elektronischen Systemen festgesetzt.
Der Sanktion lag ein Verstoß gegen Artikel 17 Absatz 1 Unterabsatz 1 der Marktmissbrauchsverordnung (Market Abuse Regulation - MAR) zugrunde. Die DATA MODUL Aktiengesellschaft Produktion und Vertrieb von elektronischen Systemen hatte eine Insiderinformation nicht bekanntgemacht.
Das Unternehmen kann gegen den Bußgeldbescheid Einspruch einlegen.
