Die BaFin hat am 25. November 2021 eine Geldbuße in Höhe von 130.000 Euro gegen die Vectron Systems AG festgesetzt.
Der Sanktion lag ein Verstoß gegen Artikel 17 Absatz 4 Unterabsatz 3 der Marktmissbrauchsverordnung (Market Abuse Regulation - MAR) in Verbindung mit Artikel 4 Absatz 3 der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2016/1055 und § 7 der Wertpapierhandelsanzeigeverordnung (WpAV) zugrunde. Die Vectron Systems AG hatte die BaFin nicht rechtzeitig über den Aufschub einer Offenlegung einer Insiderinformation informiert und den Aufschub der Offenlegung nicht vollständig erläutert.
Das Unternehmen kann Einspruch gegen den Bußgeldbescheid einlegen.
