Die BaFin hat am 16. November 2021 eine Geldbuße in Höhe von 105.000 Euro gegen die Tuff Group AG festgesetzt.
Der Sanktion lag ein Verstoß gegen § 115 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG) zugrunde. Die Tuff Group AG hatte der Öffentlichkeit den Halbjahresfinanzbericht für das Geschäftsjahr 2020 nicht rechtzeitig zur Verfügung gestellt.
Das Unternehmen kann gegen den Bußgeldbescheid Einspruch einlegen.

Der Bußgeldbescheid ist rechtskräftig.
