Die BaFin hat mit Bescheid vom 11. November 2021 gegen Herrn Ingmarus Johannes Maria Snijders die Erfüllung der Pflichten nach § 35 Abs. 1 Satz 1, § 10 Abs. 3 Satz 1 und 2 Wertpapiererwerbs- und Übernahmegesetz (WpÜG) zu Gunsten der Aktionäre der Wild Bunch AG angeordnet und ein Zwangsgeld in Höhe von 10.000 Euro angedroht.
Herr Ingmarus Johannes Maria Snijders hat gegen die Pflichten aus § 35 Abs. 1 Satz 1, § 10 Abs. 3 Satz 1 und 2 WpÜG in Bezug auf die Kontrollerlangung verstoßen.
Der Bescheid der BaFin ist sofort vollziehbar, aber noch nicht bestandskräftig.
