Die BaFin hat am 10. November 2021 eine Geldbuße in Höhe von 290.000 Euro gegen die DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG festgesetzt.
Der Sanktion lag ein Verstoß gegen § 115 Absatz 1 Satz 1 in Verbindung mit § 115 Absatz 2 Nummer 3 Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG) zugrunde. Die DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG hatte der Öffentlichkeit den Halbjahresfinanzbericht für das Geschäftsjahr 2018 teilweise nicht rechtzeitig zur Verfügung gestellt.
Das Unternehmen kann gegen den Bußgeldbescheid Einspruch einlegen.
