Die BaFin hat mit Bescheid vom 21. September 2021 gegenüber einem Kreditinstitut eine Beschränkung des Betreibens des Einlagengeschäftes gemäß § 45b Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nr. 3 des Kreditwesengesetzes (KWG) angeordnet. Grund hierfür waren Verstöße gegen die Anforderungen an eine ordnungsgemäße Geschäftsorganisation im Sinne des § 25a Absatz 1 KWG.
Die Maßnahme ist seit dem 26. Oktober 2021 bestandskräftig.
Die Veröffentlichung erfolgt aufgrund von § 60b KWG.
