Die BaFin hat am 24. August 2021 einen Geschäftsleiter eines ihrer Aufsicht unterstehenden Kreditinstituts wegen Verstößen gegen § 25a Absatz 1 Kreditwesengesetz (KWG) verwarnt.
Die Veröffentlichung erfolgt aufgrund von § 60b des KWG sowie § 57 des Geldwäschegesetzes (GwG).
Der Bescheid ist seit dem 1. Oktober 2021 bestandskräftig.
