Die BaFin hat gegen ein ihrer Aufsicht unterstehendes Institut am 14. Juli 2021 die Erweiterung einer Einlagenannahmebeschränkung nach § 45b Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nr. 3 Kreditwesengesetz (KWG) mittels Abwehrkonditionen mit sofortiger Wirkung angeordnet. Außerdem hat sie gemäß § 45c Absatz 1 in Verbindung mit Absatz 2 Nr. 6 KWG mit sofortiger Wirkung Sonderbeauftragte bei diesem Institut bestellt.

Das betroffene Institut hat gegen die Anforderungen an eine ordnungsgemäße Geschäftsorganisation im Sinne des § 25a Absatz 1 KWG verstoßen.

Der Bescheid ist bestandskräftig.

Die Bekanntmachung erfolgt aufgrund von § 60b Absatz 1 in Verbindung mit Absatz 4 Satz 1 Nr. 3 KWG auf anonymer Basis.
