Die BaFin hat gegen ein Kreditinstitut mit Bescheid vom 16.03.2021 auf Grundlage des § 56 Abs. 1 Nr. 59 des Gesetzes über das Aufspüren von Gewinnen aus schweren Straftaten (Geldwäschegesetz – GwG) ein Bußgeld in Höhe von 50.000,- EUR festgesetzt.
Der Bescheid ist seit dem 07.04.2021 rechtskräftig.
