Die BaFin hat mit Schreiben vom 06. April 2021 gemäß § 36 Absatz 1 des Kreditwesengesetzes (KWG) von einem Kreditinstitut die Abberufung eines Geschäftsleiters verlangt. Grund hierfür waren insbesondere Verstöße gegen die Geschäftsorganisationsanforderungen des § 25a Absatz 1 KWG.
Die Maßnahme ist seit dem 17. Mai 2021 bestandskräftig.
Die Veröffentlichung erfolgt aufgrund von § 60b KWG.
