Die BaFin hat gegen ein Factoringinstitut i. S. d. § 1 Abs. 1a Nr. 9 des Gesetzes über das Kreditwesen (Kreditwesengesetz - KWG) mit Bescheid vom 03.03.2021 auf Grundlage des § 56 Abs. 2 Nr. 11 lit. b) und lit. h) KWG in der jeweils geltenden Fassung Bußgelder in Höhe von 4.000,- EUR festgesetzt.
Der Bescheid ist seit dem 20.03.2021 rechtskräftig.
Die Bekanntmachung hat gem. § 60b Abs. 4 S. 1 Nr. 3 KWG anonym zu erfolgen.
