Die BaFin hat gegen die Wirecard Bank AG mit Bescheid vom 13. Januar 2021 auf Grundlage des § 56 Abs. 2 Nr. 5 des Gesetzes über das Kreditwesen (Kreditwesengesetz – KWG) zwei Bußgelder in Höhe von insgesamt 60.000,- EUR festgesetzt.
Der Bescheid ist seit dem 2. Februar 2021 rechtskräftig.
