Meldung
Die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (Bafin) hat vom Administrator European Energy Exchange AG eine Mitteilung gemäß Artikel 24 Absatz 2 BMR erhalten, wonach der nachstehende Referenzwert den in Artikel 24 Absatz 1 BMR genannten Schwellenwert von 50 Mrd. Euro erreicht hat.

Nach Eingang der Mitteilung veröffentlicht die Bafin diese Erklärung gemäß Artikel 24 Absatz 2 BMR und stellt fest, dass der folgende Referenzwert gemäß Artikel 24 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a BMR signifikant ist.
