Das Bundesamt für Justiz hat am 31. März 2025 ein Ordnungsgeld von 50.000 Euro zulasten der Accentro Real Estate AG festgesetzt.
Der Maßnahme lag ein Verstoß gegen § 325 Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB) zugrunde. Die Accentro Real Estate AG hatte die Konzernrechnungsunterlagen für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 nicht beim Betreiber des Bundesanzeigers elektronisch zur Offenlegung eingereicht. Rechtsgrundlage für die Sanktion ist § 335 HGB.
Die Gesellschaft hat gegen die Ordnungsgeldentscheidung Beschwerde eingelegt.
