Finanzberichterstattung: Bundesamt für Justiz verhängt Ordnungsgeld gegen die TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz- AG
Das Bundesamt für Justiz (BfJ) hat am 7. November 2025 ein Ordnungsgeld in Höhe von 50.000 Euro zulasten der TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz- AG festgesetzt.
Der Maßnahme lag ein Verstoß gegen § 325 Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB) zugrunde. Die TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz- AG hatte die Konzernrechnungslegungsunterlagen für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 nicht beim Betreiber des Bundesanzeigers elektronisch zur Offenlegung eingereicht. Rechtsgrundlage für die Sanktion ist § 335 HGB.
Die Gesellschaft hat gegen die Ordnungsgeldentscheidung Beschwerde eingelegt.
