Das Bundesamt für Justiz (BfJ) hat am 21. November 2024 ein Ordnungsgeld in Höhe von 2.500 Euro zulasten der IHS Nr. 2 GS GmbH festgesetzt.
Der Maßnahme lag ein Verstoß gegen § 325 Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB) zugrunde. Die IHS Nr. 2 GS GmbH hatte die Rechnungslegungsunterlagen für das Geschäftsjahr 2022 nicht rechtzeitig beim Betreiber des Bundesanzeigers elektronisch zur Offenlegung eingereicht. Rechtsgrundlage für die Sanktion ist § 335 HGB.
Die Gesellschaft hat gegen die Ordnungsgeldentscheidung keine Beschwerde eingelegt.
