Das Bundesamt für Justiz (BfJ) hat am 31. Oktober 2024 ein erneutes Ordnungsgeld in Höhe von 2 Millionen Euro zulasten der ZhongDe Waste Technology AG festgesetzt.
Der Maßnahme lag ein Verstoß gegen § 325 Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB) zugrunde. Die ZhongDe Waste Technology AG hatte die Konzernrechnungslegungsunterlagen für das Geschäftsjahr 2017 nicht beim Betreiber des Bundesanzeigers elektronisch zur Offenlegung eingereicht. Rechtsgrundlage für die Sanktion ist § 335 HGB.
Die Gesellschaft hat gegen die Ordnungsgeldentscheidung keine Beschwerde eingelegt.
