Das Bundesamt für Justiz (BfJ) hat am 21. August 2023 ein Ordnungsgeld in Höhe von 50.000 Euro zulasten der ADLER Real Estate Aktiengesellschaft festgesetzt.
Der Maßnahme lag ein Verstoß gegen § 325 Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB) zugrunde. Die ADLER Real Estate Aktiengesellschaft hatte die Rechnungslegungsunterlagen für das Geschäftsjahr 2022 nicht vollständig beim Betreiber des Bundesanzeigers elektronisch zur Offenlegung eingereicht. Rechtsgrundlage für die Sanktion ist § 335 HGB.
