Das Bundesamt für Justiz (BfJ) hat am 29. Juni 2023 ein Ordnungsgeld in Höhe von 2.500 Euro zulasten der Singulus Technologies Aktiengesellschaft festgesetzt.
Der Maßnahme lag ein Verstoß gegen § 325 Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB) zugrunde. Die Singulus Technologies Aktiengesellschaft hatte die Rechnungslegungsunterlagen für das Geschäftsjahr 2021 nicht rechtzeitig beim Betreiber des Bundesanzeigers elektronisch zur Offenlegung eingereicht. Rechtsgrundlage für die Sanktion ist § 335 HGB.
Die Gesellschaft hat gegen die Ordnungsgeldentscheidung keine Beschwerde eingelegt.
