Meldung
Die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) hat gegen die Deutsche Handelsbank AG (jetzt firmierend unter: DKAM Capital AG) mit Bescheid vom 10. Oktober 2022 auf Grundlage des § 56 Absatz 2 Nummer 1 lit. f) des Kreditwesengesetzes in der am 1. Juli 2021 geltenden Fassung durch Artikel 5 des Gesetzes vom 3. Juni 2021 (Bundesgesetzblatt I, Seite 1534) zwei Bußgelder in Höhe von insgesamt 17.500 Euro festgesetzt.
Der Bescheid ist seit dem 3. November 2022 rechtskräftig.
