Die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) hat am 1. September 2022 gegenüber der Stadtsparkasse Haltern am See zusätzliche Eigenmittelanforderungen angeordnet. Grund für die Maßnahme ist ein Verstoß gegen die Anforderungen an eine ordnungsgemäße Geschäftsorganisation im Sinne des § 25a Absatz 1 des Kreditwesengesetz (KWG).
Rechtsgrundlage für die Anordnung ist § 10 Absatz 3 Satz 1 in Verbindung mit Satz 2 Nr. 2 KWG. Der Bescheid ist seit dem 2. Oktober 2022 bestandskräftig
Die Veröffentlichung erfolgt aufgrund von § 60b Absatz 1 KWG.
