Meldung
Die BaFin hat am 3. November 2022 gegenüber der M.M.Warburg & CO (AG & Co.) Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien auf Basis von § 25a Absatz 2 Satz 2 Kreditwesengesetz (KWG) angeordnet, Mängel zu beseitigen, die einer ordnungsgemäßen Geschäftsorganisation im Sinne von § 25a Absatz 1 KWG im Bereich Informationstechnik entgegenstehen. Die Mängelbeseitigung muss innerhalb einer festgelegten Frist erfolgen.
Der Bescheid ist mit Ablauf des 6. Dezember 2022 bestandskräftig. Die Veröffentlichung erfolgt aufgrund von § 60b KWG.
