Die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) hat am 28. September 2022 gegenüber der Akbank AG die Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Geschäftsorganisation gemäß § 25a Absatz 2 Satz 2 Kreditwesengesetz (KWG) angeordnet.
Grund für die Maßnahmen sind Verstöße gegen die Anforderungen an eine ordnungsgemäße Geschäftsorganisation im Sinne des § 25a Absatz 1 KWG. Im Rahmen einer Sonderprüfung gemäß § 44 Absatz 1 KWG wurden bei dem Institut organisatorische Mängel festgestellt.
Die Anordnung ergeht auf Grundlage des § 25a Absatz 2 Satz 2 KWG. Die Veröffentlichung erfolgt aufgrund von § 60b Absatz 1 KWG.
Der Bescheid ist seit dem 28. Oktober 2022 bestandskräftig.
