ADREALIS Service Kapitalverwaltungs- GmbH: BaFin setzt Geldbuße fest
Die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) hat gegen die ADREALIS Service Kapitalverwaltungs- GmbH mit Bescheid vom 18. Juli 2022 drei Bußgelder in Höhe von insgesamt 10.000 Euro festgesetzt. Dies erfolgte auf Grundlage des § 340 Absatz 2 Nr. 24 lit. d) des Kapitalanlagegesetzbuches (KAGB) in der am 22. Dezember 2018 geltenden Fassung durch Artikel 4 des Gesetzes vom 18. Dezember 2018 (BGBl. I S. 2626) und in der am 25. Juni 2017 geltenden Fassung durch Artikel 10 des Gesetzes vom 23. Juni 2017 (BGBl. I S. 1693).
Der Bescheid ist seit dem 05. August 2022 rechtskräftig.
