Die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) hat gegen die Leasys S.p.A. Zweigstelle Deutschland mit Bescheid vom 17. August 2022 auf Grundlage von § 56 Absatz 1 S. 1 Nr. 1 Geldwäschegesetz (GwG) und § 56 Absatz 2 S. 1 Nr. 2 GwG, jeweils in der Fassung von Artikel 1 des Gesetzes vom 12. Dezember 2019 (BGBl. I S. 2602), Bußgelder in Höhe von insgesamt 5.000 Euro festgesetzt.
Der Bescheid ist seit dem 05. September 2022 rechtskräftig.
