Die BaFin hat am 22. Februar 2022 gegenüber der Fondsdepot Bank GmbH gemäß § 10 Abs. 3 Satz 1 i. V. m. Satz 2 Nummer 2 des Kreditwesengesetzes (KWG) zusätzliche Eigenmittelanforderungen angeordnet.
Das Institut hat gegen die Anforderungen an eine ordnungsgemäße Ge-schäftsorganisation im Sinne des § 25a Abs. 1 KWG verstoßen. Eine Sonder-prüfung hatte ergeben, dass die Ordnungsmäßigkeit der Geschäftsorganisati-on im Sinne von §25a Abs. 1 KWG nicht in allen geprüften Bereichen gegeben war.
Die Maßnahme ist seit dem 2. April 2022 bestandskräftig.
Die Veröffentlichung erfolgt aufgrund von § 60b KWG.
