Die BaFin hat mit Bescheid vom 5. Juni 2015 die Erlaubnis des Unternehmens Rheinisch-Westfälische Leasing GmbH zum Erbringen des Finanzierungsleasings im Sinne des § 1 Absatz 1a Satz 2 Nr. 10 Kreditwesengesetz (KWG) gemäß § 35 KWG aufgehoben.

Die Veröffentlichung erfolgt aufgrund von § 60b KWG.
Der Bescheid ist seit dem 25. April 2017 bestandskräftig.
