BaFin setzt Geldbuße fest (KW G)
Die BaFin hat gegen einen Geschäftsleiter einer Finanzholding-Gesellschaft i. S. d. Art. 4 Abs. 1 Nr. 20 der Verordnung (EU) 575/2013 (CRR) mit Bescheid vom 22.06.2021 auf Grundlage des § 56 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 lit. i) des Gesetzes über das Kreditwesen (Kreditwesengesetz - KWG) in der Fassung des Art. 4 d. G. vom 10.7.2020 (BGBl. I S. 1633) Bußgelder in Höhe von insgesamt 10.000,- EUR festgesetzt.
Der Bescheid ist seit dem 20.07.2021 rechtskräftig.
