BaFin setzt Geldbuße fest (KW G)
Die BaFin hat gegen ein Kreditinstitut i. S. d. § 1 Abs. 1 des Gesetzes über das Kreditwesen (Kreditwesengesetz - KWG) mit Bescheid vom 28.05.2021 auf Grundlage des § 56 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 lit. f) KWG zwei Bußgelder in Höhe von insgesamt 10.000,- EUR festgesetzt.
Der Bescheid ist seit dem 26.06.2021 rechtskräftig.
