Deutsche Konsum REIT - AG: Bilanzkontrolle des offengelegten Einzelabschlusses nach internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards zum 30.09.2021 und des zugehörigen Lageberichts

Bekanntmachung der Prüfungsanordnung vom 07.04.2022 gemäß § 107 Absatz 1 Satz 1 des Wertpapierhandelsgesetzes (WpHG) (Anlassprüfung) gegenüber der Deutsche Konsum REIT - AG für den offengelegten Einzelabschluss nach internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards zum 30.09.2021 und den zugehörigen Lagebericht (Bekanntmachung nach § 107 Absatz 1 Satz 6 WpHG)

Die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht hat mit Bescheid vom 07.04.2022 eine Prüfung des offengelegten Einzelabschlusses nach internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards zum 30.09.2021 und des zugehörigen Lageberichts der Deutsche Konsum REIT - AG gemäß § 107 Absatz 1 Satz 1 WpHG angeordnet.

Grund für die Anordnung sind konkrete Anhaltspunkte dafür, dass die Bilanzierung von Darlehensvereinbarungen mit einer Gesellschafterin und die Bilanzierung von über ein Fintech erworbenen Darlehen entgegen International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) 9 möglicherweise nicht vollständig und richtig erfasst und abgebildet worden sind.
