How should a DLT MTF populate Field 1 of RTS 24 “Identification of the entity which submitted the order” when an order is submitted by a natural person non eligible for an LEI?

Answer

As natural persons are not eligible for LEIs, Field 1 should be populated with the LEI of the DLT MTF and the National ID of the natural person should be provided in Field 5 of RTS 24. [DLT Order Recording Keeping Q&A1]
