By when should CSDs publish the information set out in Annex III of the RTS on settlement discipline, as referred to in Article 15 of the same RTS?

[ESMA 70-156-4448 CSD Settlement discipline Q&A10] In order to ensure a level playing field, CSDs should publish the information set out in Annex III of the RTS on settlement discipline on their website for free, on an annual basis, by the end of February of each year. The first publications should take place by the end of February 2023.
