Do the guidelines on financial indices also apply to UCITS that only use financial indices as performance benchmark?

[ESMA 34-43-392 UCITS Q&A, section 3, Q&A 7a] No. The guidelines on financial indices apply only to UCITS that are using any indices for investment purposes.
