Question

Part of the above mentioned templates is for Underwriting year and part of it is for Accident year. Can both be entered for the same legal entity?

Answer

Yes, the same legal entity may apply underwriting year for some LoB and accident year for other LoB, unless otherwise stated by the NCA.
