Question

The S.05.02 QRT requires a split of premiums, claims and expenses by home country and Top 5 countries, where the Top 5 is determined based on total gross written premium. This QRT has two sections, one for Non-Life business and one for Life business. Should the Top 5 countries determination be done separately for Non-Life and Life, or should it be based on total gross written premium for Non-Life and Life together?

Answer

The assessment of the top 5 countries to be reported should be done separately for Life an Non-Life.
