Question
As an addition to my previous question related to these CQS, I would like to ask you, if it is correct to not consider TP calculated as a whole in the MCR formula as suggested by these data checks.
Answer
No, that is not correct. Although the name of the cells indicate the opposite. In fact the input for the formula of MCR is technical provisions without risk margin. So, B2 to B17 should include: Net (of reinsurance/SPV) best estimate and TP calculated as a whole provisions.
