This column is not documented in the official templates because it only exists for technical reasons to be able to implement this specific table with the XBRL standard. In the XBRL implementation this C0250 artificial fact must be added, always with true value, to overcome the issue that the rest of the columns of this table are primary key dimension columns. Without this “spurious” fact, this table would not be technically reportable in XBRL, however note that this fact does not have any business meaning.
