Question

Under which regulations, the specific activities of an insurance intermediary located in Czech republic and authorized by Czech National Bank, would be able to intermediate reinsurance contracts for risk which are located in third countries? What are the reporting obligations under such a scenario for the intermediary towards the CNB.
