Does NÜRNBERGER life and pension insurance comply with Directive 2003/41/EC?

This question has been rejected because EIOPA does not have competence in the direct supervision and compliance verification of Institutions for Occupational Retirement Provisions (IORPs).However, please note: Directive EU 2016/2341 replaces Directive 2003/41/EC EIOPA’s Register of IORPs provides information on IORPs registered or authorised in the EU based on information reported by the National Competent Authorities The Register of IORPs has record of NÜRNBERGER Pensionskasse Aktiengesellschaft based in Germany and supervised by Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin)
