Question
Annex II for QRT S.04.05 (taxonomy 2.8) defines how the 'country in which the risk is situated' should be determined. Sub b) states: the country of registration, where the insurance relates to vehicles of any type; If a vehicle does not have a form of registration (like a e-bike or a boat), does this then mean that sub e) is applicable? And country will therefor be determined bij habitual residence of the policy holder or the policy holder's establishment

If a vehicle does not have a form of registration (like a e-bike or a boat) in such case the requirement e) in the instructions of S.04.05 is not applicable. Country of risk will then be defined based on the use of the other criteria.
